It is important that Members choose the correct Membership Plan. NoDowry.com will not be able to refund any subscription amount, part or full in the event of termination of membership for any reason, including breach of terms of use.

In case of any claim, loss, liability etc. arising out of breach of Terms of Use, the concerned Member agrees to indemnify NoDowry.com & its staff, owners & affiliates from any such claims, costs or consequences.

All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai and governed by Indian Laws.

We would sincerely request members to delete their profile on NoDowry.com once they have found their life partner. Should you wish to remain inactive in your search for some time, please ensure that you keep your profile “hidden” in the options available under “edit profile”.

1. NoDowry.com reserves the right to delete any profile that is found to violate Terms of Use such as posting of incorrect or inappropriate information, content or objectionable photos.
2. As member of NoDowry.com, you agree to receive emails, messages & calls from us
3. Members are requested not to post multiple profiles. If detected or reported, NoDowry.com has the right to delete such profiles. In case of paid members, there would be no refund of fees in part or full.
4. Members must limit & restrict their activity on NoDowry.com to the extent of finding or receiving relevant matches. Communication & exchange of documents thereafter, in any manner, should also be strictly limited for the purpose intended on NoDowry.com matrimonial website.
5. Information provided by other members viz contact number/s, email ID’s, additional photos, documents etc., must be used for reference only & not shared with anyone else.
6. Transmitting obscene material electronically is punishable under section 67 of IT Act.
7. NoDowry.com is purely a matrimonial matchmaking website. Members are warned not to use this platform for dating, chatting or posting obscene material. In case detected or reported, NoDowry.com reserves the right to delete the profile/account immediately. No refund of any unutilized membership fees, if any, will be allowed.
8. Instances of misuse of site will be reported to the concerned authorities, where and when required.
9. Personal information such as contact numbers, e-mail addresses, website addresses or any such information should not be used or displayed in the profile, except where allowed.
10. Harassment in the form of multiple calls or emails or any form of communication to other members, who may accept expression of interest or may have changed their mind later, should strictly be avoided. In case of complaints, NoDowry.com reserves the right to delete such profiles without any refund of fees, in part or full.
11. While NoDowry.com will do its best to screen photos & Information’s before activation of full membership, it is important that members do a thorough check on interested profiles. Please report any suspicious profile to complaints@nodowry.com
12. NoDowry.com is purely a matrimonial website and “recommended profiles” received by members are the ones matched as per their preferences set in their respective profiles.
13. NoDowry.com's liability would be limited to the extent of the amount of membership paid whether in part or full at the time of dispute.
14. As part of privacy options, details such as telephone number, email address & photo ID are lockable and can be allowed to be viewed only on request.
